William (Bill) Ernest McKinley, Jr., of Chagrin Falls, born October 12, 1936, age 87, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 8, 2024, surrounded by his family. Bill is survived by Nancy, his wife of 25 years; his daughter, Elizabeth McKinley (Jeffrey) Spencer; his son, Matthew Walter Gelin McKinley; and granddaughter, Camden Spencer. Grandpa Mac was also adored by Nancy's Michigan loved ones: daughter, Melissa (Bill) Morrow; son, Scott (Julie) Adams; and step-grandchildren, Ben, Calvin, Will and Katie. He will be dearly missed by his two sisters, Elizabeth (Betsy) Jefferis (Allan, deceased) of Indiana and Debbie (Tad) Weigle, of Virginia. "Uncle Bill" will be remembered by his many nieces and nephews, most notably for telling his hilarious "El Scrapo," story, with tears running down his face.
