WALTER “SKIP” STONE age 82, beloved husband of Sherrie (nee Warner); loving father of Kelly Pierce (husband Robert), Lori Angelo (husband Joseph), and William (wife Michelle); devoted Boppie of Ashley Ross (husband Andy), Joseph Angelo (wife Abbigail), Nicholas Angelo, John Angelo (wife Erin), Karl Pierce, Jake Pierce, and Adam Stone, and great-grandfather of Owen and Nico Ross, and Lily, Lukas, and the late Marion Angelo; cherished son of the late Andrew and Ina (nee Kiviniemi) Stone; dearest brother of Kathleen Malobenski (husband Larrie, deceased) and the late Paul A. Stone. Walter, best known to family and friends as Skip, was born on October 8, 1941. A lifelong resident of Montville, Ohio, he attended Chardon High School and was the captain of the Hill Toppers football team before graduating in 1959.
