Alfreda H. (nee: Prybe) Pearn, age 81, of Chardon, passed away Aug. 21, 2024, at her home. Born Nov. 17, 1942, in Cleveland to Alexander J. and Helen (nee: Krajczynski) Prybe, she had been a longtime area resident. She was a longtime employee with Cablevision (Spectrum). She was a lover of animals and lifelong supporter of the ASPCA and Humane Society. Survivors include her step-daughters Courtney (Ray) Jenkins of Middlefield and Melissa (Scott) Shreiner of New Franklin; grandchildren: Dylan, Caleb, Bennett, and Madelyn. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband James Pearn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am on Monday, Aug. 26, 2024, at the Church of St. Mary, 401 North Street, Chardon, OH with burial following at All Souls Cemetery.
